Corporate Counsel

This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States and Canada.

FullStory is looking for a Corporate Counsel to negotiate commercial contracts and drive legal initiatives as a key legal partner in our high growth SaaS business. Do you have experience redlining SaaS contracts and closing deals? Are you a pragmatic negotiator who knows how to get the deal done? Do you want to expand your skills and add value in new areas? In this role you will join our rapidly growing legal team to partner with our sales, customer success, and technology teams. When you’re not negotiating and closing deals, you’ll be building new processes, spotting risks across a wide problem space, and running point on some key compliance initiatives. Day to day, you'll:

  • Partner with our Sales team to get deals done. Quickly and fearlessly turn MSA/Order/DPA/NDA redlines, negotiate with our customers and partners, and be an accelerant for the growth of our business.
  • Work dynamically with other members of our contracts team, including in-house colleagues and outside counsel, as well as colleagues across all organizations at FullStory.
  • Ensure FullStory is tracking and complying with all applicable laws and regulations globally, and own all policies including launching and iterating on critical policies to guide FullStory through the next phase of evolution.
  • Partner with our General Counsel to take the initiative and pitch in on a wide range of legal projects to get sh*t done for our high growth business.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a JD or LLM
  • Has 2+ years of experience in a law firm and/or tech company in-house legal department
  • Has experience working at or with B2B software companies
  • Delights in negotiating SaaS contracts
  • Loves to create scalable processes
