The Curriculum (Your Role):
We are looking for support for our Customer Success Managers with their day to day responsibilities! You will work closely with the Seesaw CSM Team to create a world class customer experience.
Your Classmates (The Team):
You’ll join the Seesaw Customer Success team. This role will be a combination of independent work and close contact with members of the SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise teams.
Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):
- Provide coverage for CSM’s while they are out of the office
- Send and process renewal quotes
- Create customer facing material
- Triage CSM’s inboxes
- Work on special projects, as needed
Prerequisites (The Qualifications):
- You will need to be available for 30-40 hours a week
- Must be an organized, self-starter who is comfortable experimenting with new tools with little guidance.
- Bonus points if you understand the educator audience and have experience creating assets that are effective, thoughtful, and supportive.
