Tackle is seeking a Recruiter to join our People team. Reporting to the Manager of Recruiting, you will have full life cycle recruiting experience and work on talent sourcing, attracting candidates, interviewing, and seeing through the hiring process. You will work with functional leaders in bringing the best new Tacklers to the team.

The Opportunity:

  • Help create and drive a growing recruitment function
  • Own full recruitment process, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, feedback, and offers
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come
  • Be the voice of Tackle, representing Tackle with all cultural attributes to create the best possible candidate experience

What we need in this role in order to be successful:

  • 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
  • Experience working in SaaS industry, working with technical go-to-market profiles
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
  • Demonstrated experience using creative sourcing techniques to place candidates across all skillsets
  • Experience working remotely in an autonomous culture with a focus on accountability and execution
  • Passion and understanding of our technology in a SaaS world
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
