About the Job

To further this important mission, we are looking for recruiters to help grow our team. These recruiters will be partners to our GTM leaders as well as G&A leaders. We’re a small but mighty team, and are committed to big results. You will help shape the future of our company, People Team, and Talent Acquisition Team and enhance Airbase effort to attract, recruit, and retain a wide range of talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with People Operations and our partners in Finance and IT
  • Consistently generate healthy & high quality candidate pipelines by sourcing, managing inbound applications and employee referral channels, and driving initiatives across recruiting programs like branding, events, etc.
  • Develop and provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
  • Develop a best in class candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry level to Director positions
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Ability to operate well in a fast moving changing environment and provide team clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
