Sales Enablement Manager

What you'll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our sales organization’s practices, processes, and tools to incorporate into training and development initiatives
  • Support delivery of sales training programs relating to professional, value-based selling skills as well as our sales process and methodology
  • Prepare new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, developing individual coaching plans, and providing resources and assistance
  • Build out strategic sales training curriculum for competition, landscape, objection handling, etc.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and maintain a sales competency and assessment framework to ensure sales representatives training needs are met
  • Provide mentorship and continuing education for existing sales representatives to increase sales effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
  • Monitor trainees' knowledge before and after training, and share feedback with sales management
  • Make recommendations to continuously improve internal processes, standards, and training

What you've done:

  • 2+ years' sales enablement experience
  • B2B software sales experience
  • Experience training new sales reps alongside sales and marketing leaders
  • Familiarity with measurement and assessment tools used to quantify success
