Where you fit in

Humu is looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Manager to join our growing sales team. Your responsibility is to build out the SDR function at Humu while continuing to hire, train and develop a team of SDRs.

As a leader on the sales team, you’ll provide critical coaching to burgeoning sales talent, helping set the foundation for a flourishing career at Humu and beyond. You will be a pipeline master, managing the top of the sales funnel to ensure our Account Executives have the best opportunity to close each deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue to build out the SDR function at Humu
  • Hire, manage and develop a team of talented Sales Development Representatives
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
  • Learn the product and buyer inside and out, helping craft creative and engaging messaging for prospects
  • Analyze sales pipeline and efficiency data, recommending honed outreach strategies based on specific verticals and personas
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders, reporting on team results and leading conversations about business direction and scalability
  • Identify and execute ways to innovate our workflows cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product
  • Help create a high energy, results focused environment where success is abundant and collaboration is key

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR manager with a proven track record of success, preferably in SaaS at a fast-paced, startup environment
  • 6+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong analytical skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc)
  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring SDRs, transforming a group of individuals into a high performing team
  • Experience partnering with Marketing teams on account based marketing strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
