The Curriculum (Your Role):

Seesaw is hiring a full-lifecycle Senior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team and work closely with our hiring managers to recruit top talent. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a quickly growing start-up with a truly genuine mission. You will have an immediate impact on growing our Marketing, Content and G&A teams at a critical time for the business.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • Be a strategic thought partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, coach & consult them on hiring best practices, and help them find great candidates.
  • Continue to develop and manage our full-lifecycle recruiting process. This means partnering closely with hiring managers on job descriptions, sourcing, recruiter screens, candidate management, and advising on closing.
  • Aide in consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates.
  • Own your candidate funnel, including tracking, management, and reporting.
  • Help candidates understand why Seesaw is a great place to work. You will work closely with hiring managers to create a compelling and thoughtful interview process and experience.
  • Be an ambassador of Seesaw and Seesaw’s culture. Attend events related to recruiting, get creative with our employer brand on social media, and help get the word out about how great it is to work at Seesaw.
  • Help support our DE&I efforts

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

  • 5+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter for business-centric roles (ex: Marketing, Content, G&A, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • You pride yourself on being organized, analytical, detail oriented, and a strategic communicator.
  • You’re excited about developing creative approaches for sourcing and engaging candidates.

Extracurriculars (Nice to have):

  • You have experience recruiting at an earlier-stage startup and you loved it.
