In April 2019, Bevy acquired CMX which is the world’s largest network of community professionals. CMX offers world-class training, events and research for the community industry. Please Note: this role will work EEST hours

This is a temporary (short-term) contract full-time (40 hours per week Sunday - Thursday) position. We anticipate the length of the contract for this position to be 4-5 months; with the possibility of extension upon approval

In this role, you will partner closely with the Bevy Recruiting Manager on all aspects of the day-to-day management and support of talent/recruitment at Bevy. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and screening talent for Bevy, as well as assisting the Bevy Recruiting Manager with other related tasks to support hiring needs. As a contributing member of the Talent team you will work with hiring managers and the broader Talent and People team to ensure we are engaging and meeting our hiring goals.

As our front line to building a successful business, you are the face of our brand in the market, bringing the Bevy story to life in an authentic and personal way for candidates.

  • Lead the day-to-day full life cycle recruitment for assigned group(s) by the Talent Manager.
  • Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates.
  • Verify experience, qualifications, and obtain references for all potential candidates
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage their experience throughout the hiring process including offer negotiations and benefits calls.
  • Develop pipeline for various roles through heavy sourcing and outreach
  • Track resumes, interviews and results; keep hiring/account manager informed of recruited candidate status
  • Maintain relationships with candidate pipeline and candidate status in application tracking system along with posting and maintaining open positions on websites.
  • Develop unique and creative sourcing techniques for assigned roles, specifically for hard-to-fill, pivotal positions
  • Acting as the functional full-life cycle recruiter building and establishing a  partnership and alignment with the respective group leaders.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 4+  years or more of full life-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong working expertise in hiring within one or more technical environments
  • Displays capability for creative, non-routine sourcing and candidate experience strategies
  • Success in an environment recruiting applicants with "hot" (tech) skills highly valued
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse technologies a plus
  • Ideally a BA in HR, Business or Psychology, or equivalent amount of work experience
  • Must be able to work EEST hours
  • Must be able to speak and write in English with high proficiency
